I hate Last.fm groups with polls...

Ya know what, there's something I gotta get off my chest. It's these ridiculous groups that there's a whole bunch of elitist douche bags that run these forums including the leader of a forum. It's truly sad and I hate it. They have these polls.

Here's an example, it's a fictional group by the way with fictional names:

And so forth... these are the groups that everyone should avoid. These member approval and owner approval groups are bad. Just bad. If you're in any of 'em, alright. I'd leave 'em if I were you. Though for those who aren't in them, avoid them at all costs.

I applied to a group called "Male Fans of Extreme Metal". Apparently I'm not TRVE enough because I have Korn and Shinedown in there. I haven't listened to them in ages. They completely ignore Death, Megadeth, Razor, Impetigo, Autopsy, Dismember, etc. and focus only on those two. They also hate the fact that I'm gay. I'm not even stereotypical. I am in a committed monogamous relationship. They say I'm a WORTHLESS GAYBOY. Fucking elitists.

Yeah, they're pretty much assholes. They're like annoying perfectionists. Once they see an imperfect band. They'll go nanners and they'll cry about it. It's really pathetic.

owner approval groups suck anyway, it just means that you basically need to be like "them" to be "allowed" to join the group. HA, who needs their stupid group anyway? If you arent "kvlt" enough according to their standards, you should be happy, coz their standard of "kvlt" is fucked. so yeah

The only group I belong to is ours. That's because there are no assholes in it. Fuck all of those other groups.

Elitists exist everywhere and they aren't exclusive to Metal, the worst I came across was on Soulseek chat rooms. I just ignore them as most times they are just baiting people to "outwit" or simply annoy and it's better just to ignore them, it's pretty hard to seem elite when no ones talking to you.
