| Great power/speed metal band from Germany, founded in 2004 by Thomas Stauch (Ex-Blind Guardian), who left BG, because he wanted to make music in terms of the old BG albums and 2005 the band released their debut "Dreamland Manor", which is really as good as the old Blind Guardian stuff... http://www.myspace.com/savagecircusCheck them out, you won't regret it. |

| Thomas Stauch is no longer part of the band and Savage Circus is more or less been Piet Sielck from Iron Savior's side project.
I enjoyed Dreamland Manor. Jens Carlsson sounds like a pissed off and not so annoying version of Hansi Kürsch of Blind Guardian. Piet Sielck never fails, so this is flawless power metal at its best.
They release a new album this month called Of Doom And Death. I'll be picking it up as there obviously will be no new Iron Savior album in a while...

| I am listening to the new one now. Not bad... reminds me a LOT of older Blind Guardian. | |

| If he sounds like Hansi Kursch than I'll pass. | |

| Cool...I mean, I like Kursch but I can only tolerate so much of him....Blind Guardian & Demons & Wizards are MORE than enough... | |

| True.
Lately I can barely listen to BG anymore because of his voice. Their first couple albums arent bad

| I listened to the new one this morning. Pretty good. The singer does have some of Hansi's sound in his voice. Not enough to be annoying though. | |
