There must be other than me here that like this glorious band?

Fave albums: The Years Of Decay, I Hear Black & Horrorscope...

I liked them when I first got into metal. Since though the vocals have started to annoy me, along with any fallsetto vocals, you know? Just somewhat annoying for some reason. Horrorscope, Years of Decay, and Taking Over were my favorites though.

All of their albums are awsome, but my favs: Horrorscope, Taking Over, Years of Decay.

Seen them live twice and it's not comparable to any other band's gig - I have no words to describe that...

Damn! My favourite thrash-metal band! I never can't get enough of them...Love all albums!

My favourite Overkill song is Death Rider from the Power in Black demo. I saw them live last year in Montréal, it was a great show although it felt like we were in a oven cause of how hot it was outside!

I just recently started getting into this band. I've only listened to the first 2 albums so far and they are both awesome

One of the best live bands I've seen. Only got round to listening to Years Of Decay but it's amazing.

Overkill cunting rules! An excellent NJ/NY thrash metal band. They're one of the greatest from my area. They're a really dedicated band that churns out records really fast. They've been true to their craft and have never deviated from it.

The first 4 albums are all solid. Non-stop balls to the wall in-your-fuckin'-face thrash metal all the way through! W.F.O. is my favorite Overkill album. The bass on that album is really sick and stands out from the other instruments. That's quite a rarity in thrash metal. Usually you don't hear the bass so well in thrash metal recordings.

E.vil N.ever D.ies off Wrecking Everything is my favorite Overkill song. They put so much into that song live. It is ultra epic. One of the greatest thrash metal recordings in the history of thrash metal.

I've been istening to a lot of these guys lately. They are becoming one of my favorite Thrash bands. Horroscope slays.

New Jersey thrash metal veterans OVERKILL have inked a multi-album deal with Nuclear Blast Records. The band's new CD, "Ironbound" — which is described as a true "thrasher-piece" — is scheduled for release on January 29, 2010.

"Good to be with a label that understands what OVERKILL are about and what metal is about in 2010; exciting!" singer Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth said in a statement.

I like the cover art. I hope this is better than their last couple of albums.

W.F.O. is their only sub par release, IMO

most of their coverart has looked pretty good... this ones definatly no exception
lets hope the music sounds good
their more recent releases arent bad but they seem to be missing that spark

I just love the first two albums. I hope that with "Ironbound", Overkill will ditch the groove or whatever made their last two albums meh and go back to their thrash roots
