Beaten Back to Pure are a sludge band from the US. Formed in 98, they've got three albums so far, all of witch seem too be pretty good.

I do have The Burning South. I haven't listened to it in a while but I do remember it was pretty good.

Man this band blows my mind. I've got all thier work, including the demo. They're easily my second favorite band ever. Anyone listen too them? They're like southern sludge with cookie monster vocals pretty much. <333333THEM.

Great deal! I dig everything they've done. I hope to hit them up for a live show, they're from NC. I'd prolly have to ride around 6 hours to do so. Hopefully you'll find the rest of th stuff they've done and enjoy it.

Anything. Probably The Last Refuge Of The Sons Of Bitches. Although, I've got 'Southern Apocalypse' and it's also good. I also managed to round the '2000 Double Barrell Blasphemy' demo up. Any of it's great.
