hello metalheads

i was invited to the site by mash. i was posting on ultimate metal. UM is a very informative site, but unfortunately, many douchebags. hoping for lots of info and opinions here.

so i'm a drummer and metal fan in toronto, ON. love all kinds of metal, and all kinds of music for that matter.

A stoner band eh? Whats the scene like in Toronto? I live in Ottawa and there is no scene for stoner metal here at all. Actually the only metal scene here is a very small thrash scene.

hey mash, our singer is in fact, from ottawa. and so is my lady. but that doesn't distract me from yelling "IN YO' FACE!!" when the leafs beat them, like on saturday.

the stoner scene in toronto is pretty tiny, blood ceremony has done the best out of the bands we know, having been signed to rise above records in the UK. they opened for electric wizard on a recent tour.
there's also sons of otis, electric magma and a few others. metal wise, i'm still trying to figure out what's going on here... anyone.... bueller?
