Heretic was a short lived band from Los Angeles, USA. They only released a EP and a full length and split-up when singer Mike Howe joined Metal Church. In a twist of coincidence two other members from the band, Brian Korban and Dennis O'Hara joined Reverend. The new band of the fired Metal Church singer David Wayne.

I will recommend Breaking Point to all who's already into bands like Metal Church and Reverend.

The original members Julian Mendez, Brian Korban and Dennis O'Hara have kicked life into Heretic again. They have recruited ex-Hirax axeman Glenn Rogers and drummer Freerico Dupay.
The band is currently writing and rehearsing new material for a planned 2012 release.
