Ties (the "ie" is pronounced as in "weird") is the name, happy to be here, for now.
I'm 27 and I live in the Netherlands. I'm a history teacher and a full blooded metalfan. I do listen to other music types too, but Metal is the mainengine that drives me.

I used to be on forums in the past, but lost interest in my 20's, hope joining this forum will inspire me to listen to different bands I don't know yet and maybe join some discussions.
I saw a link to this place in Heat's profile on last.fm , thought I'd hop on.
I've got a cartload of mp3's I listen to on a daily bases and I couldn't live a day without music. I also have (another) cartload of cd's, I still buy them, but mp3's is so much easier.

I don't see why the presence of women on this forum is a reason for not allowing porn since they don't hate it as a rule. Also, I don't understand what porn would be doing on this forum in the first place. I mean, people join because they wanna talk metal, not explicit video material. Not that I disagree with the rule, it's just that I thought I might start bitching right away, so you guys n galls know what kind of person you're dealing with Wink
