| Symphonic Power Metal from Holland Im sure most of you know the female fronting this band, Simone Simons... Anyway, great band, love the vocals. Live album expected this year "The Classical Conspiracy" looking forward to it. I have 4 albums of theirs and "We will take you with us" is my favourite so far. http://www.myspace.com/epica |

| I am a bit surpised that you chose We Will Take You With Us, since it is not a regular album. I still need to get their first 2 cd's, but the one I have, namely The Divine Conspiracy is a great album. I especially like the song Chasing The Dragon. |

| I have a special edition of We Will Take You With Us. It has the cd and a dvd with a live concert in the studio for a Dutch tv program. The song Cry For The Moon is originally from their debut album The Phantom Agony. The song has got the subtitle The Embrance That Smothers - Part IV. |

| I've been thinking on checking out this band for a long time since Simone Simons usually is the additional female singer Kamelot use on their albums and concerts. I have downloaded Consign To Oblivion and will be checking it out later today. Roy Khan from Kamelot is doing guest vocals on one song as well. Hope it turns out good.... | |

| I actually found Consign To Oblivion rather boring, An entire album with Simones nasal soprano voice was too much for my liking. There are other bands out there who have done this thing equally good or even better before them. I'm thinking of Nightwish and Kamelot. | |

| hahahaha, yeah thats the problem when it comes to female vocals. either people like it because the chick is hot or for the musicians in the band, but the vocals are usually hard to get to, or sometimes even associate with metal |

| Well she is hot (soft spot for redheads) but it don't make me like the music anymore. But anyone saying she is a bad vocalist is stupid in my opinion. |

| Epica is pretty good. This style of symphonic power metal is starting to grow on me. | |
