    I would say in flames is a good example there. They certainly have the talent but they take in a wrong direction.

    I agree with you guys aswell, though I still can get satisfaction by listening to their earlier albums.

    Because In Flames was my favourite band when i was younger and were on of thoose bands that got me into metal i revisited them and checked out their new album " Sounds of a playground falling" and i gotta say i was pleasantly surprised. Some tracks were really good with great guitar part and Anders actually can sing pure on this album without sounding like crap.

    It's really un even though, some of the songs are good and some are bad..

    I think it is a quite usual step for people to go through In Flames.

    Yeah do that...sounds alot better then ASOP. The title track along with a couple of other tracks is quite good-

    Do so alot of things have approved since their last album.

    "A New Dawn" is a great song. I never thought i say this about a new In Flames song again..

    I think Anders have been taking som vocal lessions before this album.
