Guys please try and add a little more info on bands when you post them such as a myspace link, albums and recommendations, country. Things like that. Thank you.
Aghora are a US Progressive band. They currently have 2 full lengths and 3 demos. Their first release S/T is very good. I do not have anything else by them.

Atheist's Elements is the only album that's done jazz-metal right in my opinion, and it's been hell trying to find another act that can stack up. Cynic kinda does it, but it's as proggy (in feel) as it is jazzy. Aghora has it's moments, and my opinion may be biased due to the circumstances of me finding them, but I agree that they're kinda boring... first album definitely better.
