| Mortal SinThrash metal from down under. They have a really killer album called Face of Despair. I got this album based on the cover artwork. I thought the cover artwork was pretty damn cool. It's got a really cool song called I Am Immortal. It is definitely one piece of killer thrash. A headbanging song. Mortal Sin @ M-A.com |

| Yeah...very underrated act. I got Mayhemic Destruction on vinyl. Face Of Despair is even better. It's very close to match the best from other similar bands as Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth and Testament. Too bad the albums is almost impossible to find... | |

| I have Mayhemic Destruction. Not too shabby. Face of Despair is the best, IMO. |

| Face of Despair also has more "anthemic" style songs than Mayhemic Destruction. Most of FoD makes me wanna pump my fist in the air and headbang like a maniac, which I did when I saw them live. | |

| Face of Despair is my favorite Mortal Sin album. Quality thrash metal from the 80's. | |

| Veteran Australian thrashers MORTAL SIN have released a new live album, "Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)", via Riot! Entertainment. The CD, which contains the group's March 2008 performance in Oslo, Norway, is described by the band as "possibly the best live show MORTAL SIN have ever had recorded."
"Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)" track listing:
01. Voyage Of The Disturbed 02. Blood Death Hatred 03. Lebanon 04. Deadman Walking 05. Eye In The Sky 06. Tears Of Redemption 07. I Am Immortal 08. Mayhemic Destruction
"Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)" is being sold via the official MORTAL SIN eBay store for a special price of AUD $19.99 plus postage. The first twenty people to purchase the CD through the eBay store will get a free MORTAL SIN denim patch worth AUD $8.00 and the band will autograph the CD for you.
MORTAL SIN's latest CD, "An Absence of Faith", was released in Europe in November 2007. According to a press release, the CD "is a rollercoaster ride, with enough twists and turns to jolt even the staunchest of heads. From the single 'Out of the Darkness' to the nine-minute epic 'Tears of Redemption - Lebanon Part II' — and lyrics covering everything from politics, religion, child abuse and relationships — MORTAL SIN have pulled a classic out of the hat for 2007."
Once hailed as the next METALLICA, MORTAL SIN have become legends in their home country Australia, having been inducted into the Kerrang! Heavy Metal Hall of Fame in 2005 and being the only Australian band to have played with the big five of thrash — METALLICA, SLAYER, ANTHRAX, MEGADETH and TESTAMENT — on tours in Australia and overseas.

| Well you can tell it's been a while since I've posted here. Mortal Sin bore the heck out of me now haha. I'm just beyond sick of them being the only Aussie band everyone ever talks about If I'm after some pure thrash I'll just listen to Hellbringer thank you very much | |
