| Forget the drama. Forget the BPM records. Forget the fact that it's the same song 10 times.
Apocalyptic Feasting is a pretty damn good album in small doses. |

| I tried giving these guys a shot but I found the album unlistenable and that is very rare for me. | |

| Most people can't handle Brain Drill because it's played at a blistering speed. That said, they're still a very good band and I find them listenable and actually enjoy their music - but you have to be in the mood for such an extreme form of musical aggression. At the end of the day, Origin was the first band to do this well, and they are still better than Brain Drill. Antithesis was a masterpiece from start to finish. |

| John Longstreth is a godly drummer. So was Marco Pitruzelli from Brain Drill, and BD's new drummer Joe Bondra. |

Anyone playing that sort of music can be nothing less than mind blowing. |

| I miss Marco Pitruzelli in BD. His drum playing is totally unbelievable. Well I haven't listened to the current drummer in BD, I'm sure he's gotta be on the same level as Lord Marco. |

I haven't heard Joe Bondra's new songs, but he did tell me that they will be faster than Marco's. There are videos of him playing some BD songs on YouTube, for his tryout ( he had to send them videos because he lived far away from them ). He seems very proficient, especially considering he's only been drumming for 5 years. Check out his YouTube channel, it's 'deathmetaljose'. |
