Hammerfall is pretty good traditional power metal band from Sweden. I have their debut album "Glory To The Brave".

I haven't listened to Hammerfall in quite some time. They are excellent Power Metal.

Maybe should listen to their new one, haven't really listened to them much lately, got Glory to the Brave, but can't really say I've heard much of their other stuff. They're quite popular around here tho, so some of it is hard to miss Smile

I've always disliked Hammerfall, don't know why really, just the way it is I guess. Well, last couple of weeks I've started to listen to them more and more (I blame my boyfriend, they're his favorites) and I've found that they are pretty good, actually. So maybe I'll have to change my opinion on them soon.

I love their album Legacy of Kings, I know it by heart. Other albums are OK, but the newest one was a complete disappointment to me. The album is boring, no catchy songs on it.

I have Renegade and that's it. I remember an advertisement of it in a magazine. I believe it was a skateboarding mag. I used to skateboard back in the day. Anyhow, Hammerfall never really caught my attention. They're a force in power metal, I just never got into them.

Hammerfall isn't anything spectatular, but they don't try to be. They are consistently solid, which is sometimes better than trying to be amazing.

Love them about 4-5 years ago, i stil think the old album are quite ok though. Glory to the brave is a good album, legacy of kings is quite good to. But some songs like hearts on fire just sucks xD
