Folk metal band from Finland, now known as Korpiklaani

Checked them out that day and it was good, some songs are actually better than their new band, though some sound somewhat the same...

They changed thier name to avoid confusion with another band called Shaman from Brazil.

Actually it was the other way around with the name change. Shaman change to Korpiklaani to reflect a change in the music and lineup. The Brazillian band went from Shaman to Shamaan. I have heard their stuff, hard as hell to find.

Thats awesome that you have one of their albums. Also, the evidence that the brazilian band changed their name is that they are now called Shamaan.
