Surprised that with all the other bands, this project hasn't been mentioned; although of course it's entirely possible that I've missed the thread elsewhere. Anyhow, Russian folk/black metal project, with no steady lineup and equally fluid, ever-morphing sound. Original and inspired, anyone else a fan?

Do check them out if you get a chance; Horizons is probably their staple album to start on, though I don't think I've been disappointed with any of their albums. Their early stuff suffers from bad production quality, that's all

Haunted Dreamscapes now out; any of you guys that are into folk/black, or really if you're into any form of folk music, should check it out. Very satisfying delve into the traditions of Slavic folk song and poetry. English versions of the texts aren't quite available yet, but the Russian originals are simply stellar - as on all their other albums thoughh.
