The Crypt

i wrote this many years ago when i was in Year 6 at Middle School, i think i was about 10 years old. Its the only piece of writing i have ever done, but i still love it even now.

it was done as a school project, and my tutor said it was the best in the class, here are the words

Enter if ye dare,
But thy sure to get an awful fright,
Mummies everywhere.

Thou try to run,
But thou cannot,
The door is blocked by another mummy.

Thou see and feel Death,
There is no other way out,

Thou Art Dead.

Cool stuff,reminds of LOTR:Return of the King when Legolas is reading that sign at the mountain doors,something like: The way is shut,dead live here,the way is shut. Stuff like that

also this wasnt just written down, it was a full scale project thing

Woah, that's pretty damn cool that you've kept it for that long. Keep a hold of it, cos when you're 40 years older. You'll look back at it and be like wow and/or whatever you may feel. It'll bring back memories of whatever you experienced back then.

i made one of those with the burnt edges and all for Lotr...i think i still have it somewhere...ill look for it and post it

but thats cool that you kept it...

yea im going to put it in a frame at somepoint because as you can see from the tape on it, its falling apart :p
