Alabama Thunderpussy sorda go along with Southern Metal which is sorda sludge? (I'll post them here and may move them, heh). Anyway, they're from Virginia, formed in 1996, and are split up now. The last album came out in 2007. However, the first album was my favorite "Rise Again."
Anyone a fan?

You know, I have been meaning to check them out but I just haven't yet. I'll grab one of their albums eventually.

I grabbed their latest, Open Fire not bad. I'll have to get their first as well.

I have all their albums (I think, if they've released 6) and I'd say Fulton Hill is my fave. Great band.
