Erm... I think Neurosis has nothing to do with Neofolk, but possible is everything.^^
I listen to Neofolk bands like Orplid, Waldteufel, Fire & Ice, Death in June and that's it.

Neofolk is so open ended you can stick just about anything with the label and have it be more or less accurate. Anything from post-punk, to accoustic, to martial, to ambient, to industrial based music can be neofolk.... though the best (IE: DiJ) are combos of all!
