Blood Tsunami are a thrash band from Norway. I have their album "GRAND FEAST FOR VULTURES" which is a fucking awesome thrash album... definately exceeded my expectations!! I will see if I can get it on the blog soon!

When I heard their 5-song demo many years ago it came across to me as being closer to an aggressive melo-death (fun but not as endearing to me as speed metal), I should most definitely check out the full release.

Both albums are awesome, a real return to great thrash metal, the only other new wave of thrash act I listen to is Municipal Waste, at least on a regular basis.
