Blade Runner is definitely one of my favourites, along with Fight Club, Hard Boiled (a John Woo action film, possibly the greatest action movie ever made), Gran Torino, 2001: A Space Odyssey, the first (and only, IMO) Matrix film, and practically anything by Tarentino or Rodriguez (Pulp Fiction and Planet Terror in particular).

I could never get into 2001: A Space Odyssey. I tried watching it so many times.
