This thread is not for bashing Michael Jackson.
This is a tribute thread.
This is a very sad loss to the music industry.
RIP Michael....
I'm gonna say this only once. If you have nothing nice to say about MJ. Don't say anything at all.
The first person to bash or belittle him will be banned for 7 days.

Me and my friends were making jokes about him but it was never mean... Now he's dead and it felt very weird to see his pic on tv with the big "MICHAEL JACKSON DIES". I kinda like the song "Beat It". R.I.P. Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson was and now will forever always be the greatest American entertainer who's ever lived. I don't care what you are or where you're from there's not one person who hasn't at least heard Michael's music growing up.
Here's one of the few tracks I did like from Michael, It's a rare duet he did with no other than Mick Jagger. Unfortunately the title eerily sums up the current mood.

Can't believe that, He died today on a heart attack, I don't care what he really did, but that's a fact he was a pop icon...

I refused to believe it when I saw "Michael Jackson dead at 50" on the web, but now I see that it's true. Weird.... Anyway, didn't really think of his music much, but I do kinda like "Billy Jean" and "Thriller", pretty catchy tunes. RIP, MJ, and be sure to raise the dead for a party or two

Crazy day. First Farrah Fawcett(of whom I had a poster on my closet door when I was 13), now Jacko. Of course it's been a bad week for celebs, starting with Ed McMahon. I'm thinking Pat Swayze is next.

Speaking of which, how the hell did Mick Jagger outlive him?
Never was a fan of MJ's music, though I respected his songwriting. Quite sad that he died young. At least this means I can bid on the Elephant Mans bones.

I've known him always, especially from when I was a child (back in the 90s) and well.. It's weird that he is gone. Especially so early. I actually think his music was quite awesome. The work with mr. Van Halen was nice. That's how pop music should be nowadays. I never listen to his songs, though..
Rest in Peace.

Shiet thats........scary >.<
his songs are playing on the radio stations...its been like that all day, all over the news on TV too...i guess if his death affected this many people, then he really did do some good...
btw why are they "investigating his death" ? diddnt he die of a heart attack coz of the drugs he was taking?

I got told this first thing as I went into work on Friday, I couldn't believe it. He's one of those people I thought would be around for ages to come so was quite a shock. I liked that song Black Or White but other than that not a huge fan, he had some amazing dance moves though I will hand him that!

Here's the last video I'm going to put up, it's that big hit he had with Paul McCartney
It's a damn shame they never had a chance to work things out.

I'm not here to bash MJ or disrespect him BUT it seems that everyone loves him... now that he's dead. It's funny really how the newspapers here, who constantly jumped him for pedophelia and all that shit, is treating him like a saint now that he's passed.
Hell, even the politicians are having speeches about how great of a man he was just to get a few extra votes.
