Wizard is a German power metal band, formed in 1989 by the drummer Sören van Heek.

The band is often called “Germany’s answer to Manowar”. The lyrics are similar: which often are about battles, metal, war, steel and such subjects.
The exception is the album Odin, which is a concept album about Norse mythology. Wizard does play a little bit faster than Manowar though, and does
have a high - pitched vocalist.

They have released 8 full - length albums so far and currently they're working on a new one. I think it will be released in early 2011, like February, I read
it somewhere but I am not sure.

Wizard - Utgard (False Games) - a song from their latest album - "Thor", from 2009.

Half of their albums are really good, the other half is really bad. Their most recent one Thor is on the good side tho...

Thorns: I can't remember any albums by Wizard (Deu) called Crazy Games??

Oh my fault the band i was talking about are called Wizz. Wizard (Deu) 965191 Must have read the thread title to fast or something.
